Biden signs the $750 Billion spending bill. No type of legislation will ever alter the change of the climate. Have we really gotten to a point where the government can fix the climate?

They will say that republicans plan to end social security. But they won’t tell you that the next legislative body has to do something about the plan because the time has expired and the funds are depleted.
