Otero County Attorney To Resign Over NM SOS Lawsuit?

R.B. Nichols, Otero County, NM attorney has repeatedly expressed his objections to a lawsuit to be filed by the county commission against the New Mexico Secretary of State, Maggie Toulouse Oliver. It has been speculated that Nichols and the commission will be parting ways.
