In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a 31 year old viewer whose casual girlfriend of a year cheated on him. However, he did not date and court her properly and always avoided conversations about being serious. He basically treated her like a friends with benefits. He mostly acted like he wasn’t really into her and sometimes didn’t pay much attention to her. He only started to care once he saw her with another guy. They are still seeing each other, but now he doesn’t trust her.
