Two weeks of cold showers part 4 shower 3

Just skip past the shower part to last 30 seconds of you want results of shower 4. This hit me hard at first but with some breathing I got to a point it was bearable. At one point it actually woke me up as actually getting sleep the night before. As I am writing this still cold a few hours later. I feel bad wasting data to upload the shower time but probably relevant looking back to guage any actual benefits as a record of what was done. There is now also fasting overlap with these showers so I suspect I will stay cold longer. I also expect tonight or tommorow to hit harder as I will be further intoy half week fast.
