Independent EMF Test of the Relax Far Infrared Sauna

Marty is EMF sensitive and found that he didn't have any negative effects from the Relax sauna, only positive effects of good sweats and feeling clear. Marty “got a Coronet EMF meter for about 200 bucks on Amazon. It measures electric fields, magnetic fields and frequencies. We’ll check all three.” He has used the Relax Sauna for about a month that he borrowed from a friend. “And, I had pretty good results. It was very effective. I am very sensitive to electromagnetic frequencies and it didn’t seem to have any effect on me, negative effects that is. I had positive effects. To be honest, I don’t think I used it long enough to get really really good long-lasting effects but I definitely had positive effects using it during the month that I did. I sweat a lot and I felt real clear afterward.”

Testing began with the sauna turned off and it picked up a lot of fluctuations on radio frequency mode, around .5 to 1.5. When the sauna was turned on, the readings fluctuated a bit and even read less than it was before, but eventually ranged from around .5 to 1.6. “Yeah, a lot of it can be ambient cell phone and wifi so it’s hard to really see.” The sauna was turned off again, “And see, it was just picking up cell phones or wifi or something so it was hard to get a good reading in here.”

Next, to test the magnetic reading, the tester was placed on the chair in the sauna before it was turned on. “Ok, this is gause,” The meter read .7. Then the sauna was turned on.

Phil - “The fan blows the heat off the semi-conductor chips while the semi-conductor chips continue to generate the far-infrared ray.”

The reading ranged from .3 to .6 in all the places the body would be. On the floor in between the radiators, it ranged from .5 to 1.2.

The electrical reading was higher 2* from the radiators but, in between, it was practically nothing, 11.14 on the seat of the chair. “If you put your feet right in the middle you are barely getting anything."

He opened his cell phone and took a radio frequency reading. It ranged much higher than the sauna, as much as 303.5. The sauna was around .5 to 1.6. “And, we wear them, generally, right on our bodies. That’s well beyond the danger point of radio frequencies. When you are streaming video that is when there is the most, or opening up a web page.” There is less when the phone is on airplane mode.

Phil comments concerning the sauna, “Anyway, we have 800 testimonies saying how much it has done for their health. And, we also know that Japanese research has shown that far infrared energy actually antidotes the harmful effects of EMF. And, there’s neutral EMF and there’s bad EMF.”
