Box Breathing Relaxation Meditation to Reduce Anxiety

A little fun fact – Navy Seals use Box Breathing techniques to stay calm in high stress situations. The premise behind box breathing is to imagine a box - as you go up the box you inhale, pausing as you go across the box, exhaling as you go down the box, and pausing as you go across the bottom of the box. And repeat – ideally for at least 4 rounds.

In this Box Breathing Relaxation Meditation to Reduce Anxiety, I go by the count of 4. However, you can go by any count you wish, as long as it is even along all sides of the box.

I hope you enjoy and find this Box Breathing Relaxation Meditation to Reduce Anxiety useful for you to either promote relaxation during the day or evening, or using it when you feel anxious, stressed, or a panic attack rising.
