Johnny Grube testing his blue collar conditioning and mental toughness with 180 lb weighted carry over some rough than looking hilly terrain about 200 or more yards in UNDER 5 minutes.
Walked all the way to the "corn field" in the distance, tough to see because of the hill.
At a bodyweight of about 160 lbs.
Wearing 100 lbs of weighted vests and carrying 2 - 40 lb dumbbells
80 lbs total. Grand total 180 lbs.
This a great overall strength and conditioner.
No gym required.
Simple. Effective. Underrated.
