Subtle EPA Rule Change Could Disrupt Global Energy Markets!

The EPA removed an 18 year old stay of enforcement regarding formaldehyde pollution at stationary natural gas turbines back in February. Though subtle, this seemingly minor rule change has the potential to cause untold havoc on already unstable global energy markets. With the rule slated to go into effect on September 5th, neither the EPA nor the industry has had much to say on the subject despite the potential for adverse consequences for Americans and Europeans.
