WRITTEN RECIPE:
➜ INGREDIENTS:
4 large eggs
3 tbsp Kewpie mayo
1 tbsp heavy cream (or milk)
1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
4 slices Japanese bread or milk bread
Butter, optional

➜ INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Bring a pot of water to a boil, then boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Immediately soak the eggs in cold water for 5 minutes, then remove the shells.
2) Place the eggs in a medium sized bowl. Using a fork, mash them into small pieces.
3) Add Kewpie mayo, heavy cream, fresh ground pepper, salt and sugar and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
4) Transfer half of the mixture onto a slice of bread (butter for extra creaminess - optional), then top with another slice of bread. Flatten the sandwich gently with your palms, then remove the crusts and cut in half.
5) Repeat with the remaining egg mixture and bread slices. Enjoy!
