Mayor's Community BBQ To Follow Whoop Up Days Parade - August 15, 2022 - Micah Quinn

Lethbridge Mayor Blaine Hyggen is hosting a free community barbecue. Following the Whoop Up Days Parade on August 23rd, the first 750 people will be able to receive free burgers, hot dogs and pop at City Hall. Country artist Trevor Panczak will also be performing some tunes. To add to the festivities, champion chuckwagon driver Kris Molle, who won the Calgary Stampede’s Dash for Cash last month, will be there signing autographs. Hyggen says this is going to be an exciting event to go along with the start of Whoop Up Days.

The Mayor’s Community BBQ will take place outside of City Hall at 11:30am on August 23rd.
