When we were kids we enjoyed balancing on things, down trees, rocks, railroad tracks etc.

This something most give up doing when they get older and legs and balance are real important as we get older.

Walking backwards is tough, even tougher wearing steel toe work boots.

Get outdoors, get back to what is natural to us.
