Johnny Grube pushing a 3,400 lb van up a slight incline at 160 lbs you can watch it rolling backwards.

Anyone knows a minute of all out pushing is brutal especially with no momentum.

I did 2 Rounds of this push about 20 yards. About 1 minute for each push.

This is a great strength and conditioning exercise for the entire body and has massive crossover outside the gym strength.

Keep the core tight, arms straight and you have a great upper body isometric workout.
