Johnny Grube pulling a 70 lb heavy bag up a steep hill using a towel and one hand. Great for grip.

Then dragging a 3,400 lb van 20 yards then pushing the van 20 yards.

Repeating 8 times.

This is great for conditioning and strength, it really hits the legs.
