10 yard hill.
Coming down the hill is tough also.
Finished off with a 1 minute Isometric exercise holding a 1 minute mid way pushup position arms around parallel.
These are great exercises for grappling.
Old school training is how men trained to stay strong before everyone started talking testosterone.
