Farmers Walk / Weighted Vest Isometrics.

Johnny Grube uses weighted isometrics and 200 yard Farmers Walk for a quick workout.

1. Wearing a 40 lb weight vest hold a pushup hold or plank for 1 minute, lower to about 90° hold for 30 seconds, push back up and hold 1 minute.

2. Grabbed the 55 lb dumbbells
wearing the 40 lb weight vest total 150 lbs walking 200 yards.

Great short workout.
