Is the ringing in my ears Trigeminal Neuralgia? [85% Chance] #tinnitus

I saw a dentist in Iloilo #Philippines and he recommended I see an ear nose and throat or ENT doctor about my #tinnitus or ringing in my ears and said he felt I was suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgia no an infection in my tooth. I had a 5 root canals done about a year ago and started getting ringing in my ears also known as Tinnitus but going to the dentist in Mexico no dentist has said anything till today.
