Details in a nut shell over the weekend I lost another pound. Down 7.7 pounds in the 10 days I have been tracking in a spread sheet. Starting at 243.3 and now at 236.6. Total though since I started is really a bit over 11 pounds or 4% of my total starting body weight.

In this video I tell you what my meals were like over the weekend, including the challenges even when "being good" if you go out to eat. How low carb/keto weight loss is so fast for the first 3-5% of body weight then slows down and why. How calories don't matter but they do matter and more.
