Johnny Grube doing 10 or 11 up or
20 or 21 up and down wearing a
40lb weight vest and carrying
2 - 5lb dumbbells 10lbs total of 50lbs.

This is training that is useful in all you do.

This is actually a 53rd birthday warmup for Feb. 27th when I will use 53lbs and walk the hill 53 times up or 106 up and down.
