Anne Heche's Rise from Stretcher Upscaled to 4K with Enhance AI

With Anne Heche's untimely passing there are echoes to the demise of other actors in the Los Angeles Metro. Was she being autonomously controlled by a 3rd party? Is this the result of intoxication.
