Trap Bar Deadlift 160 lbs 10 reps walk 20 yards, turn around walk back 20 yards.

Repeat 4 Rounds.

Finshed with 40 - 160 lb Trap Bar Deadlifts and 160 yards of Trap Bar Carrying.

I prefer to turning and losing my forward momentum because it takes a great amount of energy to slow down turning with control.
