Using a set of straps doing 100 lb Farmers Walk 200 yards placing the 100 lbs in a sled and dragging the
sled 200 yards.

2 Rounds. Total 800 yards or 1/2 mile.

Using straps work the forearms and make the weight very unstable because the straps make the weight swing.

Sled drag is brutal on the thighs and forearms.
