We are facing many new societal/cultural changes right now (duh). One of the bigger discussions within the Trans community is when it's okay to go through gender-affirming surgery. This is a complicated question when it comes to the age of the individual being introduced to the idea of gender-affirming surgery. The question is, when is it ok, and are there hidden consequences to being so eagerly and surgically affirming?
