How would you interpret this? Christine Lagarde on aging populations - 10 June 2019

Is she blaming old people for being a burden on the economy and society at large? Sure looks that way. It seems to me, that until not that long ago these elites would bother to hide their true intents weaved in double speak. But now, these same elites speak openly of their intentions and even let us know in advance, in plain sight, expecting us to be dissociated from their actual words, as if thinking that the 'new normal' well programmed the populations watching are unable to understand their honest conversations for themselves. The proof is in the pudim. Try searching for this topics and you will soon come across a many fact checking articles, attempting to demonstrate that this was not what she said. That's dissociative programming.

In other words, if the person slapping you in the face says, "I am not slapping you in the face" enough times, you might become convinced that she is not slapping you in the face. You are simply not understanding it.
