The 5 Biggest Cleansing Mistakes

Cleansing your skin is a crucial step in your skincare routine and what you use definitely matters. Recently I was in New York City and helped to lead a press event for CeraVe all about cleansing your skin. 25 top dermatologists were in attendance as well as many members of the media.

As part of this event we played a game called "Cleanser Confessions" which highlighted the most common cleansing mistakes we see as dermatologists. Let me know if you you routinely make any of these mistakes. Also, let me know what your favorite cleanser is, even if it's not CeraVe.
