Texas CPS Employee Filmed Telling 14-Year-Old Girl To Become Prostitute

A CPS employee in Texas was caught on camera telling a 14-year-old girl in foster care to become a prostitute after the child mentioned that they were hungry. The employee caught on camera making the comments was terminated from her position at CPS earlier in August as a result.
