"Is There A Reason You're Filming Me???" Armored Vehicle Gaurd

I was down Essex Street in Salem Mass. I was waiting on the cops to arrive at a different call and started filming the people riding bicycles down Essex Street. This is because of the incident that happened with myself and getting a ticket for riding down the street with my bicycle going against city ordinance. They still have not posted any signs as they stated in the email I received back from the city attorney. As you see in the very beginning of this video the armored vehicle guard started staring at me almost instantly because I was filming. See how our interaction went.
