Year End Workout Farmer Carry/Sled Pull.

Johnny Grube finishing out the year with a workout. There will be no staying up late or drinking in the new year.

Farmer Carry 100 lbs 200 yards, backward pull 100 lbs 100 yards.
rope broke on sled so I Farmer Carried 100 lbs another 100 yards
and a hill climb to add a little more tension on the body.
