Johnny Grube doing his birthday workout of 540 - 50 lb two handed kettlebell swings and shouldering and carrying a 54 lb sack and walking 5,400 yards or 3 miles.

20 kettlebell swings. Pick up and carry 54 lb sack 200 yards.

Repeated 27 rounds.

It was windy, cold and the ground remaining snow and ice made for a sloppy carry.

The video ended at around 1 hour and 19 minutes, I'm not sure how long it took me to finish but I did it with no rests, no food, no water.
