Hoff matter Clark County Family Court Judge Charles Hoskin

On Monday, August 19, 2019, Veterans In Politics Court Observers, Frank Rose, Sabrina Nichole, Cassandra Gutierrez, Juliette McArthur, Mary Ann Colt, and Steve Sanson observed the following Clark County Family Court Judges:

A little house cleaning on the morning calendar the following courtrooms were locked Judge Cheryl Moss, Judge Sandra Pomrenze, Judge Rhonda Forsberg, and Judge Bryce Duckworth.

Judge Charles Hoskin; Mom was retained by counsel, Dad pro-se-litigant, Mom had to provide a Spanish interpreter for her witness. Dad had a child abuse criminal history from a prior engagement. Mom has three children with Dad. Dad has a domestic violence history and now Mom suffers from migraines from the physical abuse by the hands of Dad constantly banging her head on the wall. Mom said dad’s anger is like a light switch and it’s never an isolated incident. Dad was on parole and served time in prison. Dad encourages the children to fight amongst themselves. Dad also left the state without the courts or Mom’s permission. Mom said she dismissed the TPO in order to give the father an opportunity to telephone the children, but he has not taken advantage of the opportunity. Dad has not paid any of the martial debts or child support. Dad said that the mother placed spyware on his phone and she is insecure when he engaged with other women, in addition to being a pathological liar. Dad said that he is a “dumb white boy” who has to deal with these people from the “jungle”. Dad is Caucasian and the mother is Hispanic. Dad said he met Mom on the online dating service “Plenty of Fish”. Dad said that the mother’s parents sold their home to live in the apartment under his, which the family is controlling and he believes he married the entire family. The mother took photos of the father to show his parole officer that the father is in violation of his parole by consuming alcohol. Dad said that he hasn’t seen his children in two years. Dad spent 16 years in prison by taking a second-degree murder plea deal of the death of his son from a prior engagement. Dad said that the mother dropped out of school in the 8th grade. The father moved to Nevada a few days ago to be with his children and he is on parole for the rest of this life!

This is what we do! But the courts will do whatever it takes to isolate and discredit us! They will use minions who never met us nor had a conversation with us in an effort to defame us hoping that people with an extreme low eye-cue would jump on their bandwagon and spread their garbage.

We must pay attention to all District Court Judge’s and Hearing Masters; all 52 Clark County District Court seats will be up for re-election and 6 newly added seats in January 2020.

We should also pay attention to Retired Judges who seek the appointment to the Senior Judge Program, it’s not automatic.

These judges will start campaigning this year and Hearing Masters would more than likely seek the position of judgeship.

Judicial candidates will start placing their names on the ballot in January 2020.
