Ryzen 5 2600X Build | Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming MB Failure, Debug, & RMA v.3

My new Ryzen 5 2600X PC build worked for about three weeks, then died. My Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming Motherboard would not POST (Power On Self Test). It had been too long since I ordered the item from Newegg to do a return. In this video, I go through the troubleshooting efforts I made, followed by the RMA experience I had with Gigabyte USA, and eventually find a solution to this massive, month long headache.
