Johnny Grube dragging a 125 lb Sled with different objects for 200 yards in a backwards drag, really great for the knees and thighs.

Went 100 yards, turned pulled back stopped used the hill to unload the sled on top of the
hill.

Tough to pull the sled through ankle high grass but you never know what will happen day to day.

Unloaded 40 lb vest, 30 lb slam ball, 2 - 5 lb ankle weights, 2 - 5 lb dumbbells, 2 - 5 lb olympic plates 2 - 10 lb ankle weights.

After bring each one down did a light run back to retrieve the next object.

Great for being functional outside the gym.

No music needed when you have the outdoors.
