Lake Elkhorn fishing

I had about an hour and a half after work to try and hit some evening fishing at my local lake. The fish were cooperative but I'm rusty, I missed a lot of fish. Columbia has a really awesome lake system, all of the main lakes in Columbia Maryland are connected. Lake Elkhorn is the southern most part of the lake system which spills into a run off and goes into the Patuxent River. This lake is also the most healthy of all the lakes in the system, I fished the North side of the lake the majority of this video which is mostly shallow water. In the summer time in the morning and evening this spot is absolutely loaded with bass looking the feed in the shallows. The northern part of the lake is also the area where the majority of the spawning takes part on the lake. There is heavy cover floating around and a bunch of lay downs all over the place.
