Johnny Grube workout was 1 minute on the heavy bag 1 minute double end ball 20 minutes no rest! In the hot box

Finished what is on the short video because my phone fell but you get the idea.

Over the Shoulder throw 70 lb heavy bag and drag 10 yards repeat 25 times no rest.

So more than 30 minutes in the heat with no water. Amazing how some can't walk to their car without water.
