Kids Workout - Exercise for kids fun

Here is my daily workout routine that I use to stay fit. I workout 6 days a week (I go bowling on Tuesday). Its a great way to build strength and have fun. Always ask a parent or guardian before lifting something heavy like weights. You can do it!
Kettle-bells
Sit-ups
push-ups
footwork
heavy-bag
dumbbells
jump-rope
