Custom ICF Waterfront Home - Rocky Bay Part 6 - Glulam Beam and ICF Monopour
We have a long video for you all today!
In this video we provide an update on the waterfront ICF home that we are building on Rocky Bay in Gig Harbor, WA. In the previous video we showed the house ICF walls being poured with concrete. In this video we show an install of a Glulam beam and the ICF outdoor shed that will house our utilities and well pump tank.
In the past we have created videos showing some of the process and final products that we have created. In this series we hope to provide that plus more insight into what we are doing and how it is done, in hopes that Insulated Concrete Form construction can become more popular since the benefits of ICF heavily outweigh traditional stick-frame construction!
