Phoenix officer helps teen who got lost when she got off a bus after a fight broke out

This 15-year-old got lost when she took the city bus home from school. A fight broke out on the bus, and she got off to avoid the situation, but was in an unfamiliar area. Without a cell phone on her, she didn't have a way to contact her mom to let her know she was lost and needed help.

Officer Lozoya helped locate her and reunite her with her mom.
