Megeso Raw - Corrupt Branches of Government - Lawsuit - What Next
Megeso speaks about his Federal Lawsuit and Summary Judgment by Federal Judge Susam O. Mollway. Megeso was exercising his Constitutional Rights of Redress, Freedom of Speech, Free Exercise Clause, Peaceful Protest, unenumerated Rights, Religious Freedoms under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, Civil Rights, unalienable God-given Rights, Natural Rights, Fundamental Rights, and Common Law Rights on December 5, 2020. Two years later Megeso was standing strong under his First Amendment Constitutional Rights previously mentioned, and his Fourth Amendment Constitutional Rights when he was unlawfully and unconstitutionally arrested that day for not wearing a mask. Megeso also had an implied consent agreement and Tacit agreement on record with Kauai Police Dept., DLNR, DOCARE, military branches, state of Hawaii representatives, Governor, Mayor, Police Chief, Attorney General, Kauai County Council and more by hand-delivering or sending by priority trackable mail to the aforementioned without rebuttal four months prior to the incident and they were always honored by video evidence until the surprise attack on Megeso on December 5, 2020. Megeso won the criminal mask case under Constitutional reasons. This case was a Civil suit for same offense. Megeso was in compliance with the local Proclamation and Mandate by the Governor and Mayor, even though Proclamations and mandates are not law as they require the consent of the individual being mandated. Federal Judge Susan O. Mollway on July 29, 2022, that Kauai Police Department officers Derrick Kelley and Joseph Russell Himongala were correct to arrest Megeso as Megeso was acting, with 3 others, as a picketer. This is laughable and Megeso will now move forward with an appeal and criminal case against the Federal Judge. All parties violated their oath of office to protect the Constitutional Rights of all people even during war or emergency whether real OR imagined. The officers committed 88 violations of US Code, Constitution of the Republic, and civil laws during this travesty. Megeso was also denied his Seventh Amendment Constitutional Right to a trial by a jury of his peers. A Constitutional Right that he never forfeited during this two-year process. Judge Susan O. Mollway has committed a violation of her oath, misprision, and more to protect this unlawful and unconstitutional act by law enforcement in a massive cover-up in support of a foreign entity.
