08/12/2022 Workout - 5 laps farmer's carry with DB, 10 DB lunges, 15 DB squats, 20 DB hanging clean & jerks, 25 Cals, 30 TRX Rows, 25 Cals, 20 DB hanging clean & jerks, 15 DB squats, 10 DB lunges, 5 laps farmers carry with DB's. Every time you placed the DB's down = 5 burpies.
