"Be Advised That Party Is Coming Up On Your 6" Proof Of Radio Transmission They Say Doesn't Exist.

This is video is from August 3rd, both from my camera and body camera. The beginning of the video catches a radio transmission that I asked for True public records request. The response back I got was there was only one radio transmission for the times that I asked for. This radio transmission was not in that public records request I received back. This video shows proof that Tyrant Regan new who I was and was keeping an eye on me to try to retaliate against me for his video named "COPWATCH big ego officer Regan failure to identify". Which was one of my most viewed videos at the time with 5,900. This video shows he was basically stalking me that night waiting for me to slip up in the slightest way. I have the footage from the city cameras once I get those uploaded to my laptop those will be released also. I did not want to release this video before I got the public records request. I did not want them to know what proof I had of radio Transmissions and the actions of Tyrant Regan leading up to the retaliation. Thank you for all the support!!!
