Why do our agents stick around? Well, we decided to ask them this question directly and here’s what they had to say…

I remember how stressful it was getting into real estate.

There are currently 60,041 real estate agents in San Diego, but only 1,269 have made a sale in the last two months.

This is because many brokerages promise to provide structure, coaching, and other resources but fail to make good on their word once they’ve drawn you into the fold.

You can work for a brokerage that promises to keep you busy, but they won’t provide you with the skills necessary to further your career.

You can try and go it alone, but you’ll probably find out quickly that it’s a lot harder than you initially thought.
