The CT. House has presented a bill concerning purchases of, specifically handguns, limiting the purchaser to one a month. This, once again, puts the burden on those who follow the law and gives a free hand to those who don't. Estates that have firearms to be transferred will have to wait months. Another effort to hinder the second amendment while parading the falsehoods of "public safety"...
