Try these exercises and work hard for 30 seconds and take 30 seconds rest, and repeat each exercise for 3 sets before moving on. 😅

This will give you a quick, intense workout to help you get in shape and feel awesome!

Doesn’t matter if you need to take it lower impact because of intensity, or injury, or neighbours underneath or anything else! 😄👊
