Sauce:
1 cup of red wine
⅓ cup of balsamic vinaigrette
⅓ cup of Worcestershire
⅙ cup of Molasses or Honey
1 Stick of butter

Rub:
garlic
sea salt
fresh pepper
paprika

let the filets get to room temp for an hour

bring a cast iron skillet with olive oil in it to a boil

*oven already pre-heated to 450 (could be higher)

place in skillet brown top, bottom place in oven 6-7 min
