Las Vegas, Nevada – On August 3, 2022 at 3:26 p.m., an employee at a Vegas Smoke Shop near the intersection of Decatur Boulevard and Sahara Avenue defended himself with a knife from 2 thieves.

The video shows two men wearing ski masks over their faces. The clerk, Johnny Nguyen, asks them why they're wearing those masks, but they brush him off. Nguyen asks the men to leave, but one of them takes a jar. Nguyen says they can take the jar but asks to keep the coins.

That's when one of the men jumps over the counter. Nguyen lunges at him, stabbing him repeatedly as the second person runs out of the store.
