Today I give you 5 rules for keeping salads interesting and 14 hacks to really make your salads awesome meals.

Progress as of today....
~ Weight on the 17th of Sept. – 225 - my last video in this series
~ Weight as of this morning 18th of September – 224.8
~ Total body weight and percentage since Aug 12 (37 days) 22.2 pounds – 8.99% of starting weight
~ By plan - Original target for 225 was Oct. 3rd, 15 days ahead of plan.

My Five Rules for Salads....

1. Don’t do the same stuff all the time
2. Change up dressings
3. Change up the salad base
4. Sometimes have a small salad with not much more than greens
5. Try to use as much organic, home grown, local as you can

Top Hacks

1. Sunny side up egg or a boiled egg, or any form of egg you like
2. Parm Crisps
3. Cheddar Crisps
4. Bacon Crumbles
5. Pecans or Walnuts
6. Pumpkin Seeds
7. Avocado
8. Cheese - Blue and Feta are Awesome
9. Toss in your primary protein/fat
10. Infused Olive Oils + Small Amounts of Balsamic
11. Drizzle with Browned Butter
12. Olives
13. Celery
14. Fresh Herbs like Basil
