~ Weight on the 18th of Sept. – 224.8 - my last video in this series
~ Weight as of this morning 19th of September – 224.4
~ Total body weight and percentage since Aug 12 (39 days) 22.6 pounds – 8.15% of starting weight
~ By plan - Original target for 225 was Oct. 3rd, 14 days ahead of plan.

Keto Myths

1. Eat all you want
2. Keto is fiber deficient
3. Net carbs isn’t valid
4. Keto is not sustainable as a way of eating
5. Most of your weight loss on keto is just water loss

Staying Motivated

1. Only you can save your life
2. 1.5 Pounds a Week is 39 pounds in 6 months
3. Your new life is your birth right, but you have to fight for it
4. All you really have to do is simple math and eat awesome food
5. You are no longer a victim, so don’t act like one
