Today I discuss ways to minimize factory meat on a healthy keto diet.

Progress as of today....
~ Weight on the 19th of Sept. – 224.4 - my last video in this series
~ Weight as of this morning 20th of September – 223.8
~ Total body weight and percentage since Aug 12 (40 days) 23.2 pounds – 9.39% of starting weight
~ By plan - Original target for 224 was Oct. 8th, 19 days ahead of plan.

Reducing Factory Meat even on a Budget

1. One meal a week grass fed ground
2. One meal a week wild caught fish (large fish)
3. One meal a week use fish like sardines
4. One meal a week mostly egg based
5. Two meals a week eating at least organic chicken
6. One meal a week using lamb
7. One meal a week of higher end beef

Other ideas

1. Look to buy local, consider splitting a half or quarter beef.
2. Raise some of your own meat and or eggs.
3. Consider Bison while expensive it is mostly grass fed.
4. Go hunting.
5. Look to organic organ meats and cheap cuts of grass fed
6. Add eggs and good fat to allow smaller meat portions
7. Subscribe to Butcher Box

In the end reduce factory meat as much as you can but factory meat is better than organic grains.
