The Alexis Wilson Case: Red Flag Laws in Practice?

On Monday, a Teenager was arrested for allegedly telling a co-worker that she intended to use her shiny, new AK47 Semiauto to go on a rampage in the school she dropped out of. While I searched this story, it didn't pass the smell test for me, and I looked into it.

Only two people in the world know what happened in that conversation, but The Left in this country has seen this as the cause for their unconstitutional red flag laws
