Out-Of-Home Episode 2 Waterloo Billboard

Driving through Waterloo, California. There is a junior static billboard over 50 feet away from highway 88 and next to a McDonalds in a huge patch of grass. It's difficult to actually see what the creative looks like while driving by. I didn't know Steph Curry was on the ad till I walked up to it.
