The 3rd week of construction showed some amazing progress, in spite of some serious rain. The noise is somewhat less now, because the wall adjoining our house has been bricked up. It gives us a little noise insulation.
I think that the building is pretty fast-paced and the owner's 3 month to completion prediction might be realistic.
